Any faults or repairs are to be recorded.
*Annual: A full inspection must be carried out by a trained and competent person. The hose reel
must be fully run out and tested under operational pressure for any wear, damage or defects. Any
faults or repair are to be recorded
At 5 year intervals all hoses should be pressurised to maximum working pressure by a
competent person and a full maintenance inspection completed. This inspection is to be logged
and the fixed maintenance label endorsed.

periods or when water supplies are shut down.
